  • HOW MUCH EXTRA TIME SHOULD I PLAN FOR?

    The driver can arrive 5 to 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. Please be ready to avoid missing your appointment.

  • CAN I GET SAME DAY SERVICE?

    We may not be able to accommodate, but we will give it every effort. There is only one vehicle with wheelchair accessibility at this time and we are scheduling for multiple vehicles and drivers.


  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

    There is no age limit. However, for very young children they must be accompanied. Give us a call and we can go over our Child Rider Policy with you.

  • WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW LONG MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE?

    You are important to us, we will work hard to accommodate unforeseen and unavoidable delays.
